What If?

Doesn't "what if " is a notorious cliche?
But that's what many of us would say.
If we are living in a timeless world, I doubt this becomes a regular phrase.
As it is, I wonder "what if" we can go back to selected past to activate those good times, esp the 90's voice.
And as it is, I came across this relevant song.
